Barrister Akumah Bih Miranda

Barrister Akumah Bih Miranda is the President of the Board of Directors of Ntarinkon Cooperative Credit Union Limited.

A practising legal professional based in Bamenda, she has also accumulated experience within NtaCCUL’s cooperative governance structure.

She was elected President of the Board in 2025 and secured another mandate at the Union’s 39th Annual General Assembly on March 1, 2026, receiving 1,955 votes.

Her leadership agenda has emphasised institutional stability, digitalisation, financial inclusion and increased economic opportunities for women, traders, farmers and small-business owners.

Professional background

Barrister Akumah Bih Miranda is a practising lawyer and has served within NtaCCUL’s governance structure before assuming the presidency of the Board of Directors.

Leadership at NtaCCUL

She became President of the Board in 2025 and was re-elected in March 2026 for a renewed mandate.

As Board President, she provides governance leadership and works with the Board, management and membership on the strategic direction of the institution.
